1. 350 grams of gluten flour (grain flour)
2. 2 grams of salt
3. water
4. 20 pairs of chopsticks
5. moderate amount of star anise
6. moderate amount of allspice
7. 1 piece of cinnamon
II. Steps:
1. Add salt to the noodle flour (grain flour) and add water while stirring with chopsticks.
2. Stir the flour (grain flour) with chopsticks to form a flocculent. The water should cover the gluten.
3. After mixing the dough, let it ferment for one night, or two hours while it is still warm.
4. Slice the dough.
5. Using two chopsticks at a time, wrap the dough slices around the chopsticks from the thick end.
6. Add water to the pot to cover the gluten, add salt, allspice leaves, star anise and cinnamon. Bring to a boil, then turn off the heat and cook for about 10 minutes. Adjust the time according to the size of the dough.
7. Cook it and soak it in water. Remove the chopsticks when it cools.
8. Finished product. It can be stored in water or in the refrigerator.
