500 grams of snail, 5 grams of millet spicy, 6 grams of onion slices and ginger slices, 30 grams of parsley, celery and carrot.
Seasoning:
30g of seafood soy sauce, 5g of seafood sauce, 5g of fresh spicy sauce, 2g of salt and 2g of monosodium glutamate.
Making:
1. Boil snails in boiling water for 30 seconds and cool.
