1. Boil and slice
Directly cut Xuanwei ham into a whole piece and wash it, then boil it in water, remove the foam after boiling, and cook it until it is harrowed. Then take it out and slice or cut the ham for eating.
2. Fried ham with green pepper
Ingredients: green pepper 200g, Xuanwei ham100g.
Seasoning: salt (because ham is salty, it is generally unnecessary to add salt) and ginger rice.
Method: 1. Clean the green pepper and cut it into pieces, then cut the ham into pieces and put it on the plate; 2. Method: 1. Wash the rice, soak it 15 to 20 minutes and take it out; 2. Put oil in the wok. When the oil is hot, turn to medium heat and stir-fry ham or bacon and broad beans. When you see that the fat part begins to become transparent, add half a glass of water; 3.
