2. Add enough water into a boiling pot, and add black tea, pepper, star anise, cinnamon, ginger, fragrant leaves, five-spice powder, soy sauce and salt to make tea marinade.
3. After boiling, keep it slightly boiling for 20 minutes, then switch to medium heat, send raw eggs to the bottom of the pot cooked with marinade, cover the pot and cook for 7- 10 minutes.
4. Knock the boiled egg several times, then break the shell of the egg slightly, and put it in the tea marinade again 1-2 days.
