Seasoning: red dates, glutinous rice flour and rock sugar.
Sweet potato sweet soup practice:
1. Slice the sweet potato, put it on a plate and steam it in a pot for about 10 minutes until the sweet potato becomes soft.
2. Wash the red dates, dry the longan and shell it, and put it into the pot to cook together. Add water until the longan is finished. After the fire boils, continue to cook on low heat to make sweet soup.
3. Mash the steamed sweet potato into mud, put it in a deep bowl, and slowly add glutinous rice flour until the dough is not sticky and the surface is smooth.
4. Divide the kneaded dough into equal parts, then knead it into a slender strip with a diameter of 1cm, then divide it into blocks with a length of 1cm, and finally knead it into your favorite shape.
5. Dough is cooked with red dates and longan and can be eaten.
