1. A rice cooker can bake sweet potatoes.
2. Just cover the lid, power on the rice cooker, and then press the cooking button, so that the sweet potato in the pot can be braised and roasted. When it automatically trips to the heat preservation button, it can be braised for a few minutes, and then the roasted sweet potato can be taken out of the rice cooker for eating. In the process of stewing and baking sweet potatoes, we have to turn over once every 5 minutes or so, so that the sweet potatoes can be heated evenly in the pot, and the baked sweet potatoes will taste more glutinous. The whole baking process takes about half an hour, as long as chopsticks can be directly inserted into the sweet potato.
3. When baking sweet potatoes, try to choose smaller sweet potatoes. Too big sweet potatoes are difficult to be cooked thoroughly in an electric cooker. When baking sweet potatoes, remember not to add water, so as to make them taste the same as those bought outside.
