In our daily life, some primary school students often skip breakfast in order to buy their favorite things, thus forming a "sloppy breakfast, poor lunch and rich dinner" diet. However, from the point of view of nutrition, breakfast is the most important meal in a day, which has an important impact on everyone's study, health and even future work. In recent years, the society has been promoting scientific diet and caring for health, so has breakfast been taken seriously? Therefore, I decided to investigate and study this problem, so as to have a deeper understanding of the students' breakfast, and hope to see the problems from it and put forward good suggestions, so that everyone can develop healthy eating habits and put their best state into their studies.

Up to 95% of teachers think that the main influence of skipping breakfast is low learning efficiency. If we compare the classroom to dinner, and ten minutes between classes is like snacks, we all know whether it is good for health to replace dinner with snacks. But the students didn't have a correct understanding of the importance of breakfast.
I also know that most people who don't eat breakfast don't have a life plan at ordinary times. People who have a life plan are used to eating breakfast.
Through this research, I found the benefits of eating breakfast. I hope my classmates can eat breakfast every day.
