Red bean milk and sago dew
Ingredients: 200 grams of red beans, 50 grams of sago, 200 ml of milk, and appropriate amount of rock sugar.

Ingredients: 100 grams of red beans, 20 grams of red dates, appropriate amount of rock sugar and water.

Soak the red beans in water for more than 3-6 hours in advance. Wash the red dates and remove the core. Put the soaked red beans and red dates into a wall-breaking machine, add an appropriate amount of rock sugar and water, stir into soy milk, and drink it while hot.
