Dinner on the first day: scrambled eggs and ham with green pepper+fried lotus root.
Fresh and tender lotus root band is crisp and juicy, fresh and refreshing, especially delicious. Stir-fry a plate of spicy crayfish and a bottle of cold beer. A family can talk while eating, and don't be too happy. Dinner the next day: fried belly with green pepper+tomato, tofu and egg soup+loofah and shredded pork.
Diet should be light and warm. For dinner, I fried a dish of loofah fried meat, green pepper fried tripe, and a bowl of tomato, egg and tofu soup. The staple food is mung beans and miscellaneous grains rice. Eating miscellaneous grains for dinner is low in calories and also helps gastrointestinal peristalsis. A family dinner of three, with meat and coarse grains, is simple and comfortable.

This tripe was bought in a braised pork shop. You can cook when you come back, and cut everything!
Put oil in a hot pan, add minced ginger and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, then pour in tripe and stir-fry a few times.
Add green pepper and shred, stir-fry until the green pepper breaks, add soy sauce, balsamic vinegar and appropriate amount of pepper, stir-fry evenly and then take out the pan.
Dinner on the third day: cold cucumber+sweet and sour pork ribs+fried roe deer.
Cucumber is the most eaten vegetable in my family in summer. I will buy more every time I buy food. When you come back from work, when you are thirsty and hungry, you will feel refreshed by washing the cucumber and chewing it directly. Cucumber can be eaten not only as a fruit directly, but also as a vegetable, fried or cold, which is convenient and quick, relieving summer heat and appetizing. Besides cold cucumber and fried roe deer, I also cooked a sweet and sour sparerib. My daughter likes this dish very much. Sweet and salty taste is more fragrant. Every time I cook a plate, I eat it backwards. Because the staple food is porridge, there is no soup, it is dry and thin.
-Sweet and sour pork ribs-
Ingredients: sparerib, 2 ginger, 1 small piece of cooking wine, 1 teaspoon of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of soy sauce, half a teaspoon of balsamic vinegar, 1 teaspoon of salt, half a teaspoon of rock sugar,10g of white sesame.
Put the ribs in a pot with cold water, boil the water for 5 minutes, pick them up, wash them and drain them.
Put a little oil in a hot pot, add ginger slices and stir-fry until fragrant, pour in spareribs and stir-fry until dry, add 1 tbsp cooking wine, 1 tbsp soy sauce, half a teaspoon soy sauce and10g rock sugar, stir-fry until the spareribs change color, add hot water until the spareribs are uncovered, and cover the pot and stew for 25 minutes.
Cook until the ribs can be easily inserted with chopsticks, add 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of balsamic vinegar, collect the juice over high fire until the soup is thick, and start eating.
