Steps:
1 Wash the raw fat sausage with high-alcohol liquor and flour, add ginger, onion and liquor and blanch for three minutes, tear off excess oil and cut into small pieces.
2. Prepare ginger, garlic, scallion, dried pepper, pepper, star anise, cinnamon and tsaoko.
3. Stir-fry the fat sausage in oil, stir-fry the water, and add ingredients to stir fry.
4. Add a spoonful of white wine+a spoonful of bean paste+a spoonful of soy sauce+half a spoonful of soy sauce+half a spoonful of white sugar and a proper amount of pepper, and add water without fat intestines. Bring the fire to a boil, cover it with medium and small fire and simmer for 40 minutes, then sprinkle with chopped green onion.
