Three-flavored potato salad
Method of preparation:
Boil the potatoes in a saucepan with salted water; fish them out and set them aside to cool;
When the potatoes are cooled down cut them into chunks and put them in a large bowl;
Sprinkle some salt and black pepper over the potatoes with the onion, celery, parsley, olives, and the egg;
In a small bowl combine the olive oil, vinegar and mustard and pour over the salad; add a good amount of mayonnaise and mix well; refrigerate for 1 hour and sprinkle with paprika and serve.
