Sauté ed tripe
Ingredients: 3g cooked tripe, appropriate amount of green onion, appropriate amount of column sauce, salt, monosodium glutamate, cooking wine, sugar and salad oil.
Practice: Wash and slice the tripe; Wash and slice the green onions. Heat the oil in the pan, stir-fry the sauce, add the tripe slices, salt, monosodium glutamate, cooking wine and sugar, stir-fry the onion and serve.
