No need to wash with hot water, just wash it. Blanching will affect the flavor.
Buy fresh purple kale and bitter greens.
Peel a few leaves off the fresh purple kale and wash them well, and remove the mud and dead leaves from the roots of the bitter greens and wash them as well. Prepare another washed sage fruit.
Cut the purple kale into fine julienne strips.
Take a clean plate and find a suitable spot to spread some salsa.
Arrange the strips of purple kale on top of the salsa so that it is in the shape of a flower
Squeeze a bit of salsa in the center of the flower and stick the sundried fruit on it.
Squeeze an even strip of salsa on the bottom of the flower to make the stem.
Take a few leaves of bitter greens and stick them on the stem of the flower and the lovely purple kale salad is ready!
