The practice of fried squid with leeks;
1. Boned squid, sliced with outer membrane, washed, drained, seasoned with cooking wine, salt, corn flour, soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil and pepper (Chili sauce can be used if you like spicy food), and marinated in the refrigerator overnight (I usually marinate overnight because it tastes better). If you don't want to wait that long, marinate for more than half an hour!
2. When you take it out of the refrigerator and thaw it the next day, cut the ginger, carrots, leeks and broccoli into pieces, stir-fry the ginger, garlic, carrots and broccoli in oil for 70%, and put it in the squid fire for 3 minutes!
