Ingredients:10g oat and10g corn.
Exercise:
1. Corn flour and cold water are mixed to form a thin corn paste.
2. Wash the oat kernels to remove impurities, put them in a pot, add appropriate amount of water, and cook until cooked.
3. Slowly pour the prepared corn paste into the cooked oat kernel pot, stir with a spoon, boil and then cook with low heat.
Tip: Oats contain14g of protein, 7g of fat, 68g of carbohydrates, E2.3 of vitamin E (finished oats), and more vitamin B6, calcium, phosphorus and iron. Corn contains more vitamin B 1 and vitamin B6, and corn with oats is very beneficial to relieve constipation. Suitable for babies over 8 months old.
