Crucian carp soup:
Preparation materials: one crucian carp, appropriate amount of onion, appropriate amount of ginger, appropriate amount of salt and appropriate amount of cooking wine?
Step 1: Wash the crucian carp for later use.
Step 2: Cut the onion into sections and slice the ginger for later use.
Step 3: Heat the pan, add appropriate amount of oil, add crucian carp and fry until golden brown on both sides. (Medium fire is recommended during frying) Add onion and ginger slices into cooking wine and continue frying for about one minute.
Step 4: Turn on the fire and add boiling water (it is important to say it three times: boil water, boil water, be sure to boil water). After boiling for five minutes on high fire, add appropriate amount of salt, and then continue to cook for fifteen minutes on low heat.
Step 5: Add chopped green onion, and the crucian carp soup is finished.
