Curry oil
Ingredients
500g curry powder, 750g vegetable oil, 200g onion, 2 bay leaves, 50g minced garlic.
Method
Pour the oil into a frying spoon and heat it, add the onion and wait until it turns golden brown. Add minced garlic and curry powder, stir-fry evenly, add bay leaves, spoon out and let cool.
Uses
It is used to cook curry dishes and is a condiment in southern cuisine.
