One spoon of minced garlic; one spoon of ginger juice; one spoon of millet pepper; half a spoon of white sesame seeds; three spoons of light soy sauce; two spoons of mature vinegar.
A spoonful of oyster sauce; a little chicken essence (optional); half a spoonful of sesame oil; 3 spoons of cold water; a spoonful of coriander; stir evenly.
