I. Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China

The Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China is formulated to ensure food safety and ensure public health and life safety. It was promulgated by the NPC Standing Committee on February 28th, 2009 and came into force on June 1 day, 2009.

II. Law of the People's Republic of China on the Quality and Safety of Agricultural Products

In order to ensure the quality and safety of agricultural products, safeguard public health and promote the development of agriculture and rural economy, the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Quality and Safety of Agricultural Products is formulated.

The Law of the People's Republic of China on the Quality and Safety of Agricultural Products was adopted by the 21st meeting of the 10th the NPC Standing Committee of the People's Republic of China on April 29th, 2006, and came into force on 1/month1day, 2006.

III. Code of Practice for Food Safety in Catering Services

The Code of Practice for Food Safety in Catering Services was issued by the State Administration of Market Supervision on July 20 18. It will be implemented on 20 18 10/day.

The content covers the standards and basic norms of all aspects of catering services, such as catering service places, food handling, cleaning operation, tableware cleaning and take-away distribution.

Four, "catering service license management measures"

According to the website of the State Food and Drug Administration, the Measures for the Administration of Catering Service License was formulated in accordance with the Food Safety Law and the Regulations for the Implementation of the Food Safety Law. The Measures for the Administration of Catering Service License and the Measures for the Supervision and Administration of Catering Service Food Safety have been officially released a few days ago, and both measures will be implemented on May 20 10.

V. Regulations on the Implementation of the Food Safety Law

The Regulations on the Implementation of the Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China (revised on 20 16) was promulgated by the State Council on February 6, 20 16 and came into force on July 20, 2009.
