The correct way to steam hairy crabs is as follows:
1. Cut the ginger into 4 slices and cut the rest into minced ginger. Add perilla buns to the water.
2. Place the hairy crab upside down on the belly of the steamer, stick ginger on it, put it in the steamer and steam it over high heat for 15 minutes.
