Six homemade baby snacks V-cooling tool, healthy and no frying!!
Homemade baby snacks:
Purple potato cheese balls; crispy Fried milk with skin; floss cheese sausage rolls; chicken McNuggets; crispy bananas; milky sweet potato crisps.
1. Crispy fried milk
Ingredients: 30g corn starch, eggs, bread crumbs, 250ml milk, 20g sugar
1. Mix milk, sugar and starch well , pour into the pot over low heat and stir to thicken.
2. Pour into a container and refrigerate to solidify.
3. Demold and cut into pieces.
4. Coat with a layer of starch, a layer of egg liquid, and then a layer of bread crumbs.
5. Bake at 160 degrees for 15 minutes.
2. Meat floss and cheese sausage rolls:
Ingredients: hand cakes, sausages, meat floss, egg liquid, cheese slices
1. Thaw the hand cakes, Cut into triangles.
2. Put a layer of meat floss and cover with cheese.
3. Add the sausage and roll it up, then brush the fried surface with egg wash and sprinkle with black sesame seeds.
4. Bake in air fryer at 175 degrees for 20 minutes.
3. Milky Sweet Potato Crisps:
Ingredients: sweet potatoes, hand cakes, egg liquid/milk powder
1. Steam the sweet potatoes and crush them into puree. Add a spoonful of milk powder and knead an appropriate amount into a ball.
2. Soften the hand cake and roll it into 4 portions.
3. Press the hand cake into a cake and add sweet potato balls.
4. Flatten it with the seam facing down, make a few cuts on the surface, brush with egg wash and sprinkle with black sesame seeds.
5. Bake in air fryer at 175 degrees for 20 minutes.
4. Chicken McNuggets:
Ingredients: 100g potatoes, 200g chicken breast, 20g corn starch, eggs
1. Steam and crush potatoes into Puree the chicken breast, green onions, and mix into a puree. Mix all the ingredients and mix well.
2. Dip your hands in water and sort out the shape.
3. Place in the fryer, brush the surface with oil, and bake in the air fryer at 190 degrees for 20 minutes.
5. Purple sweet potato and cheese balls:
Ingredients: 200g purple sweet potato, 40g glutinous rice flour, 10g milk, white sesame/cheese
1. Purple sweet potato Steam, crush into puree, add milk and glutinous rice flour, and knead into a non-sticky dough.
2. Press an appropriate amount of purple sweet potato puree into a cake, add cheese, close and shape into a round shape, wrap a layer of white sesame seeds, and bake in an air fryer at 160 degrees for 15 minutes.
6. Crispy banana:
Ingredients: banana, eggs, bread crumbs, starch
1. Cut the banana into sections, wrap it in a layer of starch, and wrap it in a layer of starch. Layer egg liquid
