Ingredients
White radish 1 root (about 400g) lean meat 100g onion 1 root oil, proper amount of salt, proper amount of chicken essence, 8ml of soy sauce+15 ml of cooking wine, 8 ml of starch and 50ml of water starch.
Steps to stir-fry meat with shredded radish at home
1.? Prepare materials.
2.? Peel the white radish, wash it, and plan it into silk; Clean and shred lean meat, add salt, 8ml light soy sauce, cooking wine and starch, and marinate for 10 minute; Wash the onion and cut into sections.
