How to fry vermicelli balls?

Soak the vermicelli in hot water, take it out and put it in a basin, and cut it with kitchen scissors (this is really my unique skill).

Add minced meat, minced onion and ginger, salt and pepper, add 2 tbsp starch 1 tbsp flour, and stir well in one direction. If you don't want to get your hands dirty, you can put the mixed stuffing in a paper bag, cut a big bite and squeeze out the meatballs. If you want to use your hands, you can grab a handful of stuffing in one hand, squeeze it into the tiger's mouth, dig out the meatballs with a spoon and cook them in an oil pan until they are half cooked.
