Steps of making snow swallow:
Soak snow swallow for more than 15 hours, changing the water 2-3 times in the middle to clean out the impurities.
Wash the wolfberries and set aside.
Put an appropriate amount of boiling water into the rock sugar and bring to a boil, then add the snow swallow and cook for about 10 minutes. Do not boil it for too long as it will melt into water. After cooking, add milk and wolfberry. The milk can be boiled and then turned off.

The snow swallows produced in Vietnam, Indonesia and other places are the secretions of the downy apple tree. The trade names are "Vietnamese snow swallows, Indonesian snow swallows, Yunnan snow swallows". This plant is popular in China. There is also a small amount of distribution in Yunnan.
