Your milk smoothie
(The method is the simplest, very suitable for beginners to make, and it is a practical and delicious smoothie):
Materials:
Ice cubes 1 or 2 cups (the ratio is arbitrary, depending on the taste), milk, sugar or honey.
Method:
Pour all the ice cubes into the blender, then add the milk and sugar. As for how much to pour, let's decide for ourselves. Is it bad?
More is enough. Every time you try to change it, the taste will be different. It's a very interesting attempt.

Fruit smoothies:
Just change the milk in the milk smoothie into fruit pieces, with little or no sugar and bees.
Honey. You can also add some milk to taste better. Other methods are the same as milk smoothies.
(note; This method is suitable for any kind of fruit.

Next is the slightly complicated red bean/mung bean/peanut milk ice:
Raw materials:
600g adzuki bean, 300g brown sugar, 200g milk and shaved ice.
Practice:
1. Wash adzuki beans, add 6 cups of water and soak them for 2 hours, then move them to the furnace together with the soaked water, boil them on high fire first, and then cook them on low fire 1 hour.
2. When the adzuki bean is cracked, add sugar to taste, carefully stir until the sugar is dissolved and sticky, turn off the fire, let it cool, and add milk to stir.
3. It is suggested to pour all the ice cubes into a blender and stir them into sand, or you can plan them into sand in a food plate and pour them with red bean milk.
note:
1 .. Red adzuki beans are easy to rot after soaking, but don't use too much water. Be careful to turn them with a spoon in the middle, and don't use too much force to prevent the beans from being smashed.
2. Don't add sugar before the adzuki bean is boiled, otherwise it will not be boiled easily.
3. Red beans can be replaced with mung beans and peanuts, and other steps remain unchanged.
Red bean/mung bean/peanut milk ice is very suitable for home-made smoothies, and the materials are easy to buy.

There are several more difficult ones. I suggest practicing with milk smoothies first and then trying to make them.
Mocha mood smoothies
Materials:
Ingredients: homemade chocolate ice cream (which is also very convenient to buy), rock sugar red beans, milk, coffee ice cubes, chocolate condensed milk and sprayed cream.
Practice:
Add the red beans first, and pour the smoothie into the cup (the smoothie needs a blender, first add some milk and ice cubes, the ratio is1:2, and make the smoothie).
Squeeze a circle of chocolate condensed milk (for decoration, so it looks layered).
Squeeze a layer of cream (for decoration, but also to hold up the ice cream).
Finally, add a ball of chocolate ice cream (iced mocha is one of my favorite flavors of Starbucks coffee, and this one I made has the same taste).
Kiwi smoothies
Materials:
Ingredients: pineapple juice, ice cubes, kiwi fruit, cherry.
Practice:
1, peel the kiwi fruit and cut it into small pieces.
2. Put kiwi fruit, ice cubes and peeling juice into the juicer and crush all kinds of ingredients. Special note: when using the juicer, be sure to hold the juicer down before turning on the switch until things are smashed.
3. Pour the broken ingredients into the cup and add cherries to decorate it.

Tips for making smoothies:
1.The materials must be fresh and washed carefully.
2. The weight of all materials should be carefully measured, and it is not allowed to be arbitrarily deleted. If there is too little material, it will not taste too much and be too strong.
3. To make smoothies with a blender, the ice cubes must be broken, so that they can be easily beaten into fine mud without harming the machine.
4. Put enough ice cubes, or the smoothies will be too thin.
5. For larger fruits, the pulp must be cut into small pieces first, so as to facilitate the blender to beat evenly.

In addition, if the mixer is not effective in making sand ice, you can use the microwave oven instead. This method comes from CCTV's ingenious program:
1, bag milk, freeze it, put it in a microwave oven for 30 seconds, take it out, crush it, and squeeze it out to make milk smoothies.
2. After the fresh fruit is frozen, put it in the microwave oven for 20 seconds and turn it into a fruit smoothie.
3. Bagged chocolate milk, coffee milk and other fruit juices can be made into smoothies by this method.
