Cut the cooked pork intestines into horseshoe pieces, blanch them in a boiling pot, take them out, and drain the water;
Cut the tofu into 4 cm diamond-shaped pieces and blanch it with boiling water;

Tips
About 500 grams of broth is needed. If there is no broth, clear water can be used instead.
