At present, there are four types of equipment commonly used in China for feed crushing: hammer crusher, roller crusher, claw crusher, and special crusher.
(1) Hammer crusher mainly consists of a feeding part, a crushing chamber and an air supply system. The structural components are mainly composed of hopper, upper body, lower body, machine base, rotor, screen, etc. When working, the materials enter the crushing chamber through the feed inlet and are crushed by the impact of the high-speed moving hammer. At the same time, the material to be crushed also reaches a higher speed. The upper tooth plate that directly hits the wall of the crushing chamber is broken again and reflected back. The reflected material is crushed by the hammer multiple times at high speed. Under the action of the fan, the particles and powders smaller than the screen holes are quickly screened and sent to the cyclone separator or sedimentation chamber along the pipeline. Hammer crusher has the advantages of simple structure, strong adaptability, high productivity and safe use. It can crush cakes with high oil content, fruit husks and straws with high fiber content, plastic materials with high protein content, and grains with high water content. It can be used in multiple applications.
The vertical crusher is also a hammer crusher, but it has three major breakthroughs: it does not need to be equipped with an air suction system; the output is increased by 30%; and the screen can be changed quickly. Its features include: an automatic feeder with triple functions of iron removal, stone removal, and automatic adjustment of feeding volume; a material diversion device that evenly distributes materials to the feed port, making the crushing process uniform and easy; the rotor is equipped with a diversion blades to improve crushing efficiency and reduce the temperature of the crushing chamber; the special arrangement of hammer blades allows the edges of all hammer blades to participate in crushing, extending service life; 360° full circumferential discharge, large screening area, greatly reducing the number of crushed materials The residence time of materials in the crushing chamber reduces energy consumption; the access door is convenient and reasonable, fixed and embedded rubber strip sealing, no leakage; the rapid screen replacement system, the screen frame automatically lifts; the suction system is no longer needed, which not only solves the long-term problem of feed The problem of low crushing efficiency caused by the failure of the air suction system in the factory also reduces the water loss of the crushed materials.
(2) Roller mill, also known as roller mill. Its main working part is a pair of cylindrical grinding rollers that rotate relatively at different speeds. The material is sawed, ground and crushed between the two rollers. The degree of crushing can be adjusted as needed. The roller crusher has the advantages of high production efficiency, low power consumption, easy adjustment, and low temperature rise of materials during processing. It is mainly used in the wheat milling industry. In feed mills, it is mostly used in the first process of the secondary crushing section.
(3) Claw pulverizer is also called high-speed pulverizer. Claw pulverizer mainly consists of casing, feed pipe, fixed tooth plate, gate, feeding hopper, ring screen, tooth claw, moving It is composed of tooth plate, pulley, bearing, main shaft, powder discharge pipe and motor. This kind of crusher is mainly used to crush various grains such as corn, soybeans, sorghum, etc. It can also process various feeds such as bean cakes, sweet potato vines, peanut vines, and peanut skins. It can also crush fresh sweet potatoes, fresh fruits, peanuts, etc. raw material. It is characterized by high working speed, fine product particle size, wide adaptability to processed materials, small body size and light weight, but has large power consumption and high noise. In the feed processing industry, it is often used as the second stage of crushing in the secondary crushing process, or as a multi-purpose crushing auxiliary machine in small processing workshops.
(4) Special crusher refers to a crusher that crushes some special materials, or meets some special process requirements, or has a special structure or crushing principle, such as shell crusher, ultrafine crusher Crusher, mineral salt crusher or screenless crusher.
