China Feilong Professional Airlines was founded by Harbin Aircraft Manufacturing Company in 198 1 year. 1985, Harbin Aircraft Manufacturing Company (now Harbin Aviation Industry Group) and Aviation Geophysical Exploration and Remote Sensing Center jointly established "China Feilong Professional Airlines", which is the first local general aviation company in China approved by the Civil Aviation Administration of China.
