(2) Packing and storage: spread 2~3 inches of wet yellow sand on the bottom of the big box, put the winter bamboo shoots with the tips facing upwards, then bury them with wet yellow sand and pat the sand firmly, and store them in a cool and ventilated place for 1~2 months.
