Seasoning: lobster sauce 1 tbsp, salt 2/3 tsp, pepper 1/4 tsp, sugar 1/4 tsp, cooking wine 1 tbsp.

1. Cut beans into sections, blanch and filter, and slice bitter gourd and white melon;
2. Chop cowpea, cut pepper into rings, fire, add oil to a hot pot, pour in lobster sauce, garlic and pepper rings, and stir-fry;
Third, pour in white melon, bitter gourd and beans and stir fry a few times;
