How to make scrambled eggs with home-cooked red pepper and tomato?
We usually scramble eggs directly with tomatoes. What I want to share with you is scrambled eggs with red pepper and tomato. This frying method is more appetizing than the traditional scrambled eggs with tomatoes. Do it with me.

Tools/Materials Tomatoes, Eggs and Red Peppers

When the eggs are fried to golden brown, they can be taken out for later use, as shown in the figure below.

Next, we chop up the red pepper and put it in a small bowl for later use, as shown in the figure below.

Then add oil to the pot, add chopped red pepper and stir-fry to improve the taste, as shown below.

Stir-fry the aroma, then pour in the chopped tomatoes and stir fry, as shown below.
