Practice steps
1. Clean the beans, and use a dry rag or kitchen paper towel to absorb the surface moisture.
2. Break into long sections for later use.
3. Put the oil in the wok, and the oil is slightly more than the usual cooking. Put the broken beans in and turn on medium heat.
4. Stir-fry until the beans are wrinkled and the surface is yellow.
5. Chop onion, ginger and garlic.
6. Leave a little base oil in the wok, add pepper and turn on a small fire.
7. After the pepper is fried, add the onion, ginger and garlic and saute.
8. Add the stir-fried beans and stir well.
9. Add the right amount of thirteen incense and stir well.
10. Add appropriate amount of salt and a little chicken essence, and stir well.
