Doing this at home really doesn't lose the barbecue restaurant, one bite will burst with juice!
Baked meat slices are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside! Every bite is super satisfying!
Practice:
1. Pork cut into 0.5cm thick slices?
2. Add a spoonful of cooking wine, a spoonful of soy sauce, a spoonful of oyster sauce, half a spoonful of old
soda, a spoonful of sugar, a spoonful of chili pepper and a spoonful of cumin powder?
3. Add minced garlic, scrub well and marinate for 1 hour?
4. Air fryer 180 degrees for 10 minutes, then flip and bake for 10 minutes
