2. Cut the ginger into pieces for use.
3. Wash the white radish and cut it into pieces for use.
4. Put the vegetable oil into the frying pan until it is 90% mature, add the ginger slices, put the cut dog meat into the pan, add salt and stir-fry evenly until it tastes delicious.
5. Prepare a pressure cooker, add a proper amount of water, put the freshly fried dog meat in the pressure cooker, put the cut radish in the pressure cooker together, cover it, turn on the fire and boil it.
