The appearance of yacon is similar to that of sweet potato. The middle is thicker, protruding and fleshy than the sides. It will blossom and bear fruit from July to September and be listed in September. The pulp of yacon is transparent or white, and it is crisp, juicy and very sweet when bitten.

Purple sweet potato

Purple sweet potato is a different kind of sweet potato with purple skin. Purple also has oval or sword-shaped growth individuals. It blooms and bears fruit from August to September, and goes on sale in September or before the first frost. Purple sweet potato pulp is purple and sweet and crisp.

Raw yam

The appearance of raw yam is similar to that of sweet potato. The epidermis of raw yam has many outward whiskers, which generally blossom and bear fruit in August and mature in August-September. The flesh of raw yam is white, crisp and sweet.
