Accessories: egg 1 piece, bread crumbs 50g, flour 30g.
Seasoning: salt 1 tsp, cooking wine 1 tsp, vegetable oil 30g, white pepper 5g.
Exercise:
1. Fresh shrimp, eggs and bread crumbs.
2. Wash the shrimp, remove the shrimp head, peel off the skin, pick out the shrimp line, then gently cut a few knives on the shrimp belly, then put the shrimp back up on the chopping board, and gently press the shrimp body with your hands to break the muscles of the shrimp, so that the shrimp will not bend when frying.
3. Put the processed shrimp into a container, sprinkle with a little salt, white pepper and a spoonful of cooking wine for curing.
4. Wrap the marinated shrimp with flour, egg liquid and bread crumbs in turn.
5. Put vegetable oil in the pot. When the oil is hot, add the shrimps and fry until golden brown. Take it out and put it on a plate. You can eat it with your favorite dip.
