Supraspinal ligament, interspinous ligament and lumbosacral ligament are common injuries in clinic, which can be torn or peeled off from spinous process in severe cases. Some patients may have synovial incarceration of the posterior joint of the lumbar spine, which is mainly manifested by unbearable severe pain in the waist immediately after injury, and all the lumbar muscles are in a state of tension and rigidity. This disease generally does not cause nerve damage. Some particularly serious patients may have spina bifida occulta.
