Step 11. Flour and glutinous rice flour.
Step 22 of how to make water-milled rice dumplings. Wash the white radish, cut it into shreds and blanch it, boil it, remove it and rinse it with water (to remove the radish smell), drain the water and chop it into small pieces, and cut the onion into green onions. Chop the minced pork into filling.
Step 33 of how to make water-milled flour dumplings. Put the minced meat, chopped radish, minced green onion, salt, chicken essence, soy sauce, sesame oil and salad oil into a container and mix well and set aside.
Step 44 of how to make water-milled flour dumplings. Put the ground flour and pure glutinous rice flour into a container, mix with warm water, knead into a smooth dough, and then add it into small cubes.
Step 55 of how to make water-milled flour dumplings. Then fill the fillings one by one and shape them. (The filling can also be bean paste or sesame).
Step 66 of how to make water-ground flour dumplings. After the water is boiled, put the dumplings in. Do not stir the dumplings after they are put into the water. Bring to a boil over high heat first and then lower the heat. Wait for 2-3 minutes after the dumplings float and then assemble. Bowl to eat.
