Materials:
Four tablespoons skim milk powder
One and a quarter glasses of water.
Cook oatmeal with 6 tablespoons (1/3 cups).
Half a teaspoon of vanilla extract
Sugar substitute (a pack of aspartame; Two grams)
A teaspoon of brown sugar.
A cup of espresso (about 28 ml)
Exercise:
Soak oatmeal in half a cup for an hour, then add the remaining water, put it in a pot and boil it over low heat. Be sure to stir while cooking to avoid burning the bottom of the pot. After boiling into thick porridge, turn off the fire, cool to about 45 degrees, add vanilla extract, sugar and sugar substitute, stir well, pour into a pudding model of about 120 to 150 CC, put it in the refrigerator for more than half a day, and take it out and pour it upside down on a plate.
