Fix the leaves with thread or straw rope and tie them from top to bottom in turn.
Step 8: Continue to fold the leaves.
Fold the left and right zongzi leaves inward so that they are parallel to zongzi.
Gently compact by hand to make the shape of zongzi more compact.
Step 9: cook zongzi
Put the prepared zongzi into a large pot, add enough water, and the water level is higher than the zongzi.
After the fire is boiled, use medium and small fire to continue cooking 1.5-2 hours until the zongzi is soft and cooked.
