How to fry sausages with green peppers?
The simplest thing is to cook (steam) the sausage with water, slice it, then cut the green pepper (as you like), add oil, stir-fry the green pepper first, stir-fry with less salt (the sausage is unnecessary), immediately add the sausage and stir-fry it together, and serve it when the green pepper changes color slightly.
