Step 1
Peel the yam (remember to wear gloves or hold it with kitchen paper). I use very fine iron yam, which is too small. Try a thick one next time.
Second step
Spread tin foil on the baking tray and brush it with a thin layer of oil. The olive oil I use can also be replaced by peanut oil, so it must be wiped clean, otherwise the tin foil will easily stick behind the yam. Ignore the slag on the plate, it has been baked several times.
Third step
Continue to peel the yam with a peeling knife and cut it directly onto the oiled tin foil. I try not to touch yam with my hands.
Fourth step
Apply a thin layer of oil after coding, not too much. Oven 100 degree baking 10 minute.
