How to bake dry and crisp okra
One: Wash and drain the okra (or blot it with kitchen paper), cut the head, be careful not to cut the exposed seeds, and basically cut off the end of the knot. Two: put a tablespoon of olive oil in the container of okra, shake the container and let the oil cover the okra evenly. Three: preheat the oven to 190 degrees, and preheat the baking tray with coarse salt. After preheating, take out the baking tray, spread the okra on the coarse salt, and try not to stack it. Four: 190 degree heating and baking for 8 minutes. Five: Take out the plate from the oven and shake off or brush off the big baking salt with a small brush. If the taste is heavy, you can sprinkle some salt in the ground bottled sea salt. Six: squeeze lemon juice according to personal preference, or squeeze lemon juice into the dip head.
