2. After all the fish guts in the belly are pulled out, wash them again. Clean fish gills. Rinse the fish with water to remove gills and internal organs, and then cut off the fins.
3. Wash the fish with fins cut off, and the yellow croaker will be washed.
4. Dig out fish viscera and gills, and be sure to clean up the black film at the viscera and gills. Cooked fish will be more fishy if it is not washed.
