Yaan Vocational and Technical College has 3 campuses.

Ya'an Vocational and Technical College, referred to as Ya'an Vocational, is located in Ya'an City, Sichuan Province, is approved by the People's Government of Sichuan Province, the Ministry of Education for the record, the establishment of a public full-time ordinary institutions of higher learning. The predecessor of the school was founded in March 1951, the health technology school of Xikang Province; in 1962, the name was changed to Ya'an Health School of Sichuan Province.

In 2000, the predecessor of the College of Ya'an College of Education has merged Ya'an Finance and Trade School, Ya'an Agricultural Mechanization School and Ya'an Industrial Bureau Technical Schools to form the new Ya'an College of Education; in April 2002, Ya'an College of Education, Ya'an Health School of Sichuan Province, the merger of Ya'an College of Vocational and Technical College.

Conditions of Schooling

As of April 2023, the college has a School of Marxism, a School of Clinical Medicine (Affiliated Hospital), a School of Nursing, a School of Pharmacy and Inspection, a School of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Rehabilitation, a School of Basic Medical Sciences, a School of Intelligent Manufacturing and Information Engineering, a Teacher Training College, and a School of Economics and Management at the secondary level, and it offers 50 higher vocational and post-secondary majors.

As of April 2023, the college has the School of Marxism, the School of Clinical Medicine (Affiliated Hospital), the School of Nursing, the School of Pharmacy and Inspection, the School of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Rehabilitation and Nutrition, the School of Basic Medical Sciences, the School of Intelligent Manufacturing and Information Engineering, the Teachers' Training College, and the School of Economics and Management at the second level, and offers 50 majors in higher vocational specialties.

Cultural Traditions

The school logo consists of the school name in English and Chinese and the pattern of "Angel's Wings". The Chinese name of the school takes into account the historical legacy and follows the traditional Chinese characters of the founding of the school, while the "Polytechnic" in the English name "Ya'an Polytechnic College" means "comprehensive technology", which is the same as the Chinese character "综合技术". Polytechnic" in the English name "Ya'an Polytechnic College" contains the meaning of "comprehensive technology", reflecting the college's comprehensive school characteristics, and is written in Arial font.

Angel's wings pattern is a distortion of the consonant (Y, Z, Y) of the three words "Ya Vocational College", meaning "Ya Vocational College", symbolizing that the college's teachers and students are vigorous and enterprising, and the career is like an eagle spreading its wings and soaring to the prospect of development.
