Accessories: soaked ginger 1 piece, soaked garlic 1 piece, 4 pickled peppers, appropriate amount of soy sauce, appropriate amount of rice vinegar, appropriate amount of homemade spicy red oil, green onion 1 piece, 2 star anise, 3 fragrant leaves, cinnamon 1 piece, appropriate amount of cooking wine and pepper/kloc.
Cold chicken gizzards

Prepare raw materials.

Soak ginger and cut into pieces, soak garlic and break it into pieces, and cut green onions into sections.

Add enough water into the pot, add pickled pepper, pickled garlic, pickled ginger, star anise, cinnamon, fragrant leaves, scallion and cooking wine, and bring to a boil. If you don't soak ginger, garlic and pepper, you can directly add dried pepper and ginger. Personally, garlic is not recommended, depending on your own taste.

Rinse chicken gizzards thoroughly to remove excess fat.

Cook the chicken gizzards in a pot.
