The first step: pickled spicy cabbage
Cabbage on the cut or broken into pieces, put 4 tablespoons of salt (coarse salt is best, 2 tablespoons can be), layered wipe, pickled until the stalks become soft.

Part 2: Make Noodles
Make a pot of water and bring it to a boil, then crack an egg and wait for the egg to be formed, then remove it from the pot when it's 7-8 years old (if you don't like candied eggs, cook them all the way through)
Then add the noodles to the pot of water with the broth. p>And then on the surface of the noodles put boiled eggs, scallions and other seasonings on it (if you like to eat meat, you can also put in the boiled meat)
