Two spoonfuls of water

The method of Yoshinoya beef rice?
Slice carrots, break broccoli into small buds, wash, blanch and drain.
Pour in a little sesame oil and black sesame seeds and mix well.
Boil a pot of water and add the fat beef slices.
Blanch until 80% cooked, skim off the froth, and put the beef slices in a bowl for later use.
In another pot, mix soy sauce, cooking wine and water, then pour into the pot and heat.
After boiling, add shredded onion and bring to a boil over medium heat.
Add the cooked beef slices and cook for 3 minutes until the last set aside.
Mix water and starch to make water starch for the next step (explain to you: water starch is water and starch)
Ps: The ratio of starch to water is about 1:2.5. ~
Boil the soy sauce, honey and water in another pot, then pour in the water starch and stir quickly until it thickens! ~ps: be sure to stir quickly! ~
Finally, put the plate on the rice substrate, then cook the onion, beef and vegetables, and finally pour the soup from step 9 on the set beef and vegetables (pictured).
