Put a bowl of hot water in the oven for secondary fermentation, about 20-30 minutes.
Put oil in the pan, I fry it in a small milk pan, which saves oil, but it needs to be fried one by one. The temperature should be controlled at about 180 degrees. Too hot oil temperature is easy to fry coke, and too cold oil temperature is easy to absorb oil. When one side is cooked, turn the other side for about 30 seconds, and fry until golden.
