Method:
1. Wash two wattle sticks and heat up an iron pot. I turned on the fire before selecting the peppers, and the time to wash the peppers was just right. Put the washed two wattle sticks into the pot and fry.
2. Stir-fry constantly to heat the peppers evenly. Press it with a spatula and it will cook faster. You can turn off the heat when it is fried as shown in the picture. Use the remaining heat from the pan to fry the peppers again.
3. Chop the peppers after cooling. Chop them into smaller pieces and they will taste better. Also chop half a bowl of garlic.
4. Put the chopped chili and garlic into a container, add salt, MSG, pepper, Sichuan pepper powder. If there is no MSG, I put chicken essence. I like spicy food and add a little chili powder.
5. Put cold oil in a cold pot and heat it up. Heat until the pot is slightly smoky, then pour in the chili peppers that you just added with the seasonings. If you make a lot, add more oil to facilitate storage.
